UNION, N.J. -- Center Bancorp, Inc. , parent company of Union Center National Bank, today reported operating results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2010. Net income amounted to $2.0 million, or $0.13 per fully diluted common share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2010, as compared with earnings of $1.2 million, or $0.08 per fully diluted common share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2009.
